Casa da Suite Preziosa is a prestigious apartment in Cinque Giornate Square, in the heart of Milan, between the San Babila and Porta Romana districts. Duomo Square is within walking distance, as well as Porta Venezia, from where Corso Buenos Aires begins. It's a unique house: bright, with large spaces and with eight bed places. The house, set in an area full of restaurants and shops, dominates the whole square from the sixth floor. Available to guests: air conditioning, wifi and washing machine.\nCasa da Suite Preziosa is located between two of the most glamorous and lived-in neighborhoods of Milan, both reachable in less than ten minutes on foot: San Babila and Porta Romana.
Piazza San Babila is very close: from here the famous Via Monte Napoleone branch off, where fashion boutiques and jewelers are concentrated, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, with its arcades, continuous showroom and clothing store reaches as far as Piazza Duomo.
The area between the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory and Largo Augusto is considered a noble area, characterized by historical buildings that extend into the quadrilateral enclosed between Piazza San Babila, Piazza Tricolore and Piazza Cinque Giornate. The Court of Milan is around 300 meters away.
The Porta Romana area is a neighborhood rich in Milanese history and traditions. Old artisan shops and typical street markets are mixed with a modern shopping center and a large hypermarket. There are numerous meeting places, as well as restaurants, typical and trendy, which offer the opportunity to taste specialties of Italian and international cuisine, for every taste and pocket.
A few minutes away you can also reach the brand new headquarters of the Prada Foundation (largo Isarco 2), a reference point for the Milanese cultural offer, which hosts temporary exhibitions and a collection of works, mostly from the 20th and 21st centuries, from the Prada collection. Behind the Spanish Walls of Porta Romana and next to the massive gate erected in 1596 (which for two centuries was the only entrance to the city), there are the Terme di Milano, housed in an early 20th century Art Nouveau building: an oasis of wellbeing, where silence is broken only by music, slow rhythms, relaxing atmospheres and invigorating massages. An oasis of relaxation that is worth a visit. Path through streets where shopping is still done from shop to shop, you will find in this area of Milan several specific boutiques for every need. In addition to all this, there are also large supermarkets or shopping centers.\nFrom the apartment Piazza San Babila and Porta Romana can be reached in 12 minutes on foot. It takes the same time to reach the Palace of Justice, always on foot. Piazza del Duomo can be reached in 16 minutes on foot, while Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires can be reached in a maximum of 20 minutes on foot.
Furthermore, Piazza Cinque Giornate is excellently served by public transport.
Below the house there are numerous tram and bus stops.
Tram 9 takes you to the Central Station in less than 20 minutes.
Tram 12 takes you to Piazza del Duomo in 7 minutes.
Bus 73 takes you to Linate Airport in 20 minutes.
Tram 27 takes you to the Palace of Justice in 3 minutes.
The closest metro stops are: San Babila (Line 1) and Porta Romana (Line 3).
