The space
Casa da Suite Lenya is a modern apartment, located on the second floor of an elegant building, equipped with a lift and concierge. It is located in the heart of the Nolo district, in a stimulating, safe and always lively area of Milan. The interior spaces have been designed to accommodate 4 people in total comfort. Once inside the house, you find yourself in the living area, compact in size but functional. The latter includes the dining area, the double sofa bed (handcrafted and with a 140cm memory foam bed mattress) and the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hob and microwave. After the living area, a small hallway with laundry (where the washer is located) anticipates the bedroom and the bathroom. The latter has a large shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Finally, the bedroom, with double bed and large wardrobe is spacious and extremely private. The whole house is soundproofed, thanks to the presence of the latest generation double glazed windows. To ensure the safety of guests there is an armored door and the total absence of gas in the kitchen. The heating is extremely efficient, centralized under the floor. The equipment includes: air conditioning in every room, electric shutters, smart TV in the living room and unlimited fiber optic wifi connection.
